the Financial Ombudsman Service and Zee

We are delighted to be working again in partnership with Asian media-network Zee – with a page in the latest Zee magazine [PDF opens in new window] and a banner on the new Zee magazine website.

The aim is to raise awareness of the ombudsman service's impartial role in settling financial disputes. The ombudsman service was set up by law as a free service for consumers. We can look at a wide-range of financial disputes, from store-cards and stockbroking to insurance and mortgages.

If you've fallen out with your bank, insurer or finance firm, our tips on complaining may help to make sure your complaint is taken seriously.

Meet us at the Mela! We regularly take part at events such as the National Mela (Birmingham), Zee Carnival (London) and the Glasgow Mela – so look out for the ombudsman.

Our work with the Asian community has recently led to a two-fold increase in levels of awareness of the ombudsman among Asian consumers – who previously had the lowest awareness of who we are and what we do.
